The Problem
JioMeet's interface was functional but visually dated — low contrast, inconsistent spacing, buried key actions. Goal: demonstrate how thoughtful UX decisions modernise a product without changing core functionality.
THE PROCESS
UX Audit

Screen-by-screen review. Documented cluttered dashboard, unclear CTAs, poor hierarchy, inconsistent components.
Research

Benchmarked against Zoom, Google Meet, Teams. Defined new visual direction — cleaner, higher contrast, action-focused.
Redesign

Rebuilt from scratch in Figma. New spacing system, revised component library, improved colour contrast.
